Shearwater “Leviathan, Bound”

This could be the perfect song I’ve been waiting to hear all year.  Some close contenders, but no song keeps me pulled in this long.  Singer has a very haunting kind of lilt-y voice.  The string and horn arrangements on the entire album are very well done, and there’s just right balance between crescendo and relaxation.
